Corporate Leadership Training – This course is a must have for anyone in a leadership role! In this course we will discuss topics ranging from leadership styles for a healthy organization to how to motivate your employees to getting over the ego that cripples your company. For added value, at the request of the coordinator, DISC and/or Emotional Intelligence training can also be included. A person’s ability to lead is vital to the success of any organization but add in the ability to communicate with different personalities and top it off with control of one’s own emotions and identifying the emotions of others. This course is filled with group exercises to promote team building as well as connecting departments that usually do not communicate. Corporation are made up of numerous offices and teams within those offices and this course will help bridge the gap and unify your team. 

Leadership Styles for Success – Leaders across the world have found different tactics to drive performance and team cohesion. This is done by homing in on the leadership style(s) that work for you. In this class, we will discuss the different leadership styles used in the workplace, find out which style works in certain situations, and learn how to blend them to fit properly depending on the circumstances. Your leadership style and how it is used, is vital to team and organizational success. 

Successful Feedback Sessions – At certain times of the year, employees receive feedback on how they are performing. As managers, are you giving them the tools they need to be successful and thrive in their positions? Many managers fail in this area due to inexperience, confidence, and just not providing the attention needed to perform a feedback session successfully. This class will connect the dots on how to set the tone for your sessions, how to coach through the session and after, different types of feedback sessions, microscopic details often overlooked, and what to do after the session to enhance performance, communication, and understanding of what is required between both parties. We will talk about what happens from the initial hire through the first year to alleviate any gaps managers and employees may have. Also, there are exercise built in to help with confidence and increase knowledge so both parties walk away feeling uplifted and motivated.

Developing the Vision – As a business operator, leader, manager, supervisor, or employee do you represent the vision of your company. Can people have a conversation with you and picture the companies vision? These are just a couple of questions you should ask yourself. Company employees do not always understand the vision of the company and this course is to help you establish the vision and walk the vision. Do you have a vision for your team? Making the vision come to life is the goal of all members of the organization as you are the company ambassadors when out and about.

DISC TRAINING:

Emotional Intelligence Training – Helps personnel understand and control their emotions in the workplace. With higher Emotional Intelligence (EQ), employees are more capable of maintaining a positive attitude, build stronger relationships with co-workers, reduce the blame effect, and seeing opportunities and possibilities. Through EQ training person’s have a more positive emotional response and they increase their ability to recognize and understand others’ emotions. Emotional Intelligence Assessments:  

EQi-2.0 The Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i 2.0) Assessment is a tool used to measure an individual’s emotional intelligence. EQ360 – The EQ 360 is a Multi-Rater Assessment or 360 assessment which combines your personal perception with the perception of others who know you well. This assessment is a way of assessing a person’s performance from various perspectives, whether it be their own, the leadership, their direct report, their peers, and even family and friends. This assessment is extremely useful when those in management and leadership positions want to know how effective they are at leading their companies, organizations, and teams. Also, this assessment is anonymous to prevent retaliation against individuals due to utilizing a variety of raters picked by the ratee or coach.
